On May 25, a reception was hosted in Guangzhou by the Consulate General of the Republic of Argentina in Guangzhou for the 213th anniversary of the Argentine May Revolution.

The reception was attended by Huang Cong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Sanshui District Committee and Minister of United Front Work Department of Foshan City, Vice Presidents of GICCPS, Tan Jingchi and Zhao Hong, Deputy Secretary General Yang Caixi, part-time Deputy Secretary General Chen Li and Luo Rong, and Chen Yan, the representative of Vice President Zhang Wei.

Nineteen importers of Argentine products attended the reception, all the guests tasted quality wines, olive oil and maté tea from Argentina and expressed their appreciation for the quality specialties of Argentina.
