3月1日下午，四川省委統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部副部長、省工商聯(lián)黨組書記唐強(qiáng)率四川省工商聯(lián)代表團(tuán)一行在廣州與廣東省工商聯(lián)代表座談。會議由廣東省工商聯(lián)黨組成員、專職副主席陳繼山主持。四川省工商聯(lián)副主席胡景壽，四川省工商聯(lián)有關(guān)部室負(fù)責(zé)同志，民營企業(yè)和商協(xié)會代表等20余人參加座談。我會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、會員代表：廣東省工商聯(lián)常委、中辰科建（廣東）集團(tuán)有限公司董事長龔武，廣東省工商聯(lián)常委、廣東宏伙控股集團(tuán)有限公司董事長張煒，廣東省僑聯(lián)海外委員、非洲廣東總商會副會長兼秘書長霍江濤，我會代秘書長于婷等一行7人參會。
On the afternoon of March 1, Tang Qiang, Vice Minister of United Front Work Department of Sichuan, also Party Secretary of Sichuan Federation of Industry &Commerce, led a delegation of Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce to have a meeting in Guangzhou with representatives of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE. 胡景壽副主席首先介紹了此次調(diào)研的主要目的是學(xué)習(xí)幫助民營企業(yè)恢復(fù)發(fā)展和培育領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和做法，促進(jìn)交流，增進(jìn)友誼。
Vice Chairman Hu Jingshou firstly introduced that the main purpose of this survey was to learn the experience and practices on how to have private enterprises recovered and leading enterprises cultivated, so as to promote exchanges and enhance friendship.

廣東省工商聯(lián)常委、中辰科建（廣東）集團(tuán)有限公司董事長龔武介紹了企業(yè)在工程建設(shè)、建材加工等主要業(yè)務(wù)板塊“走出去”的情況，希望進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化融資渠道和方式，破解企業(yè)融資難題，滿足民營企業(yè)發(fā)展的合理需求；完善競爭機(jī)制，促進(jìn)行業(yè)良性競爭。
Gong Wu, member of the Standing Committee of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE, also president of Zhongchen Kejian (Guangdong) Group Co., Ltd, introduced the "going out" of his enterprise in major business sectors such as engineering construction and building materials processing. He hoped to solve corporate financing problems by further optimizing financing channels and methods so as to meet the reasonable needs of private enterprise development, with healthy competition promoted from the competition mechanism to be improved in the industry.
我會副會長、廣東省工商聯(lián)常委、廣東宏伙控股集團(tuán)有限公司董事長張煒對公司的主業(yè)家電制造和在川的文旅投資情況作了介紹，為了適應(yīng)投資環(huán)境的新變化，公司現(xiàn)已成立“一帶一路”小組，希望借助工商聯(lián)和商會平臺，推動企業(yè)高質(zhì)量“走出去”。
Zhang Wei, vice president of our chamber of commerce, member of the Standing Committee of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE and president of Gmerit holdings limited., introduced the company's main business of home appliance manufacturing and cultural tourism investment in Sichuan. 廣東省僑聯(lián)海外委員、非洲廣東總商會副會長兼秘書長霍江濤介紹了非洲廣東總商會團(tuán)結(jié)和聚集在非粵商，建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園，推動僑商投資的基本情況，表示企業(yè)家要充分利用好“一帶一路”相關(guān)優(yōu)惠政策，在規(guī)避風(fēng)險的基礎(chǔ)上，充分發(fā)揮金融和人才優(yōu)勢，促進(jìn)企業(yè)海外投資的健康長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。
Huo Jiangtao, overseas member of Guangdong Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, vice president and secretary general of Guangdong Chamber of Commerce in Africa, introduced the basic contribution in uniting and gathering Guangdong businessmen in Africa, building industrial parks and promoting overseas Chinese investment. She said that entrepreneurs, making full use of the relevant preferential policies of "the belt and road initiative", should promote the healthy and long-term development of overseas investment of enterprises by playing fully the advantages of finance and talents on the basis of avoiding risks.
我會于婷代秘書長向與會人員介紹了商會的會員結(jié)構(gòu)、國際資源等情況。根據(jù)王福亮?xí)L辦會精神：一是以國家戰(zhàn)略為首要；二是以黨建引領(lǐng)會建；三是以服務(wù)企業(yè)為核心。于婷代秘書長還表示商會積極組織會員參加“一帶一路”建設(shè)，促進(jìn)商會和企業(yè)與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)大融合、大聯(lián)動、大發(fā)展，賦能中小微企業(yè)，使其成長，助力大型企業(yè)，使其海外發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)外雙循環(huán)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
Yu Ting, acting secretary general of our chamber of commerce, made a brief introduction of membership structure and international resources of our Chamber of Commerce. According to the spirit of the president of GICCPS , with the national strategy as the first priority, with party building as the leader of association building and with serving enterprises as the core, GICCPS, by actively organizing members to participate in the construction of the "the belt and road initiative", have been expanding the integration, linkage and development of GICCPS and enterprises toward the world economy to empower small and medium-sized enterprises and help large enterprises, finally realizing high-quality development of internal and external double circulation.
與會企業(yè)家、商協(xié)會代表就優(yōu)化營商環(huán)境，探索建立合作機(jī)制，加強(qiáng)溝通交流，共促兩地民營經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展等內(nèi)容展開了熱烈討論。

四川省委統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部副部長、省工商聯(lián)黨組書記唐強(qiáng)作總結(jié)講話。他高度肯定廣東民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得的成績，肯定廣東省工商聯(lián)充分發(fā)揮參謀和助手作用服務(wù)“兩個健康”的工作成效，對此分享了三點(diǎn)建議：一是要增強(qiáng)信心，保持定力；二強(qiáng)筋壯骨，堅持主業(yè)；三是關(guān)注川渝，加強(qiáng)合作。希望兩省工商聯(lián)密切合作，積極發(fā)揮橋梁紐帶作用，進(jìn)一步深化川粵兩地經(jīng)貿(mào)合作與發(fā)展。
Tang Qiang, Vice Minister of United Front Work Department of Sichuan, also Party Secretary of Sichuan Federation of Industry &Commerce, made a concluding speech. He highly affirmed the achievements made in the development of Guangdong's private economy and affirmed the effectiveness of the GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE in giving full play to the role of staff and assistants in serving the "Two Health". And he shared three suggestions: First, Enhance Confidence to Maintain Determination, second, Adhere to the Main Business by Strengthening Muscles and Bones, third, Strengthen Cooperation Focusing on Sichuan and Chongqing. It is hoped that the Federations of Industry and Commerce between the two provinces will cooperate closely and actively play the role of bridge and link to further deepen the economic and trade cooperation and development between Sichuan and Guangdong.
