At the opening event, Chen Liwen, as deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee and party secretary of the GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE, firstly delivered a speech, Wu Yuguang, the first-level inspector of Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province, Zhang Wenxian, the first-level inspector of Guangdong Administration for Market Regulation, respectively made statements on supporting the high-quality development of the private economy. Chen Zhilie, chairman of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE, furtherly read out the Proposal for High-quality Development of Private Enterprises in Guangdong Province. And thenseven entrepreneur representatives and reprsentatives from chamber of commerce made statements one after another, including Wang Fuliang,President of GICCPS,Li Dongsheng, Chairman of the Board of TCL Group. Finally when a promotional film was broadcasting at the conference, the torch relay was launched for the high-quality development of private enterprises in the province.

大會(huì)還舉辦了圓桌對(duì)話活動(dòng)和廣東省工商聯(lián)“智慧工商聯(lián)平臺(tái)”啟動(dòng)儀式，省政府參事、廣東省政協(xié)經(jīng)濟(jì)委原主任王珺等專家學(xué)者以及知名企業(yè)家代表聚焦高質(zhì)量發(fā)展主題展開深入研討。
At the conference, a round-table dialogue and the launching ceremony of the "Smart Federation of Industry and Commerce Platform" of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE were held respectively. Focused on the theme of high-quality development, the in-depth discussions were conducted among such experts and scholars as the provincial government counselor and the former director of Committee for Economic Affairs of the GUANGDONG PROVINCIAL COMMITTEE of CPPCC and the representatives of well-known entrepreneurs.

About 150 people attended the meeting at the main venue, they are relevant leaders of The United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee and GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE, responsible comrades of relevant provincial departments, chairmen of the Federation of Industry and Commerce listed at prefecture level or above, and representatives of private entrepreneurs and business associations. Around ten thousand representatives of private entrepreneurs in Guangdong attended the sub-conference at the federation of industry and commerce in each city and county (city, district). The conference was held in a linkage manner of online and offline, the live broadcast of the whole network which aroused widespread concern and enthusiastic response from all walks of life, especially private economic people in the province.
