10月21日，省工商聯(lián)所屬商協(xié)會(huì)自媒體宣傳工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會(huì)在廣州舉行。會(huì)議以“學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的二十大精神，加強(qiáng)所屬商協(xié)會(huì)自媒體宣傳工作”為主題，由廣東省工商聯(lián)主辦、廣東省民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際合作商會(huì)承辦。省工商聯(lián)黨組成員唐小兵出席會(huì)議并講話(huà)。省工商聯(lián)副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)王永清同志、宣調(diào)部有關(guān)同志出席會(huì)議，省工商聯(lián)所屬各商協(xié)會(huì)代表及媒體代表約50人參加會(huì)議。

會(huì)議指出，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在輿論引導(dǎo)新格局中的地位日益突出，網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播日漸成為社會(huì)輿論形成的重要渠道。我們必須主動(dòng)順應(yīng)形式發(fā)展要求，正確認(rèn)識(shí)、高度重視和科學(xué)對(duì)待營(yíng)造自媒體輿論環(huán)境工作，建立健全相關(guān)工作機(jī)制，推動(dòng)工商聯(lián)系統(tǒng)宣傳工作實(shí)現(xiàn)新發(fā)展新突破、為促進(jìn)“兩個(gè)健康”工作做出更大貢獻(xiàn)。
The meeting pointed out that the Internet is becoming more and more prominent in the new pattern of public opinion guidance, and network communication is becoming an important channel for the formation of social opinion. We must take the initiative to meet the requirements of the form of development, correctly understand and attach great importance to and scientifically treat the work of creating a self-media public opinion environment. And we also must establish and improve the relevant working mechanism, in order to promote the propaganda work of the Federation of Industry and Commerce system to achieve new developments and breakthroughs, make greater contributions to the promotion of the "two health" work.
會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)了南方網(wǎng)、南方財(cái)經(jīng)、廣東網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育頻道的記者以及廣東省湖北荊門(mén)商會(huì)的同志就如何做好自媒體宣傳工作做了經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享。省工商聯(lián)宣調(diào)部同志就網(wǎng)站、微信的編輯審校進(jìn)行了實(shí)操講解，廣東省民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)際合作商會(huì)同志就目前商會(huì)公眾號(hào)的運(yùn)營(yíng)情況以及存在的隱患進(jìn)行了坦誠(chéng)交流。自由討論過(guò)程中，代表們踴躍發(fā)言，就如何做好自媒體宣傳工作問(wèn)題展開(kāi)了熱烈討論，大家一致認(rèn)為要提高政治站位、強(qiáng)化鮮明導(dǎo)向、把握新媒體時(shí)代傳播規(guī)律，才能掌握輿論戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)主動(dòng)權(quán)，切實(shí)做好自媒體宣傳工作。

Comrades from the Publicity and Research Department Department of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce gave a practical explanation on the editing and reviewing of websites and WeChat, and comrades from the Guangdong Chamber of Commerce for International Cooperation in Private Economy had a frank exchange on the current operation of the public number of the Chamber of Commerce and the hidden problems which is exist. 會(huì)上，王永清提到，舉辦這場(chǎng)交流會(huì)的三個(gè)重點(diǎn)感受，一是自媒體平臺(tái)是走好網(wǎng)絡(luò)群眾路線(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵平臺(tái)，二是自媒體平臺(tái)是團(tuán)結(jié)凝聚廣大商協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員的重要抓手，三是自媒體平臺(tái)是開(kāi)展民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。要充分認(rèn)識(shí)到做好自媒體宣傳工作的重要性。

會(huì)上，唐小兵指出，舉辦今天的交流會(huì)，是省工商聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的首次，也是學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的二十大精神的具體舉措，對(duì)于加強(qiáng)自媒體教育管理，確保網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣傳陣地安全很有意義。一是要高度重視自媒體的作用，各個(gè)商協(xié)會(huì)的公眾號(hào)、網(wǎng)站平臺(tái)，起著宣傳陣地、交流載體、凝聚紐帶、文化塑造以及動(dòng)力激發(fā)的重要作用；二是建立健全自媒體平臺(tái)的管理機(jī)制，包括管理運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制、發(fā)布審核機(jī)制、責(zé)任追究機(jī)制以及統(tǒng)籌交流機(jī)制；三是正確引導(dǎo)各商協(xié)會(huì)宣傳平臺(tái)，加大正面宣傳力度，做大做強(qiáng)省工商聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的宣傳矩陣。

同時(shí)，唐小兵強(qiáng)調(diào)，運(yùn)營(yíng)自媒體平臺(tái)，要做到以下四點(diǎn)：一是要確定宣傳基調(diào)，宣傳內(nèi)容要能夠團(tuán)結(jié)人心、增強(qiáng)信心、弘揚(yáng)正能量；二是要把握傳播規(guī)律，自媒體的運(yùn)營(yíng)文章要具有人情味，要講好人民群眾喜聞樂(lè)見(jiàn)的故事；三是要把握內(nèi)容定位，自媒體平臺(tái)的運(yùn)營(yíng)要對(duì)自身推文的類(lèi)別有明確劃分，信息報(bào)道、企業(yè)故事、政策宣講不能一概而論；四是要加強(qiáng)自媒體平臺(tái)的全流程運(yùn)作，不僅要重視文章寫(xiě)作，更要加強(qiáng)策劃以及宣傳推廣等工作。

唐小兵要求工商聯(lián)系統(tǒng)宣傳部門(mén)、各商協(xié)會(huì)自媒體要迅速掀起學(xué)習(xí)宣傳貫徹黨的二十大會(huì)議精神的熱潮，精心組織形式多樣的宣講，認(rèn)真籌劃明年省工商聯(lián)成立70周年的宣傳紀(jì)念系列活動(dòng)，努力擴(kuò)大工商聯(lián)系統(tǒng)宣傳矩陣的覆蓋面和影響力。最后，唐小兵強(qiáng)調(diào)，做自媒體宣傳的負(fù)責(zé)人必須做到講政治、講大局、講規(guī)矩、講規(guī)律，只有真正將這幾個(gè)原則落實(shí)到位，民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的新聞宣傳、信息報(bào)送和輿情應(yīng)對(duì)工作才能行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)，不斷上水平、上臺(tái)階。
